| did u get it 2 ur email if u did click on play now on home screen then start then click on ur penguin and click on forgot my password. then u type ur penguins name in to where it says penguin name and type ur email in where it says email adress. then go to where ur email site is then log in there should be a email in ur inbox. | Play club penguin click on forgot password then put in your username then go to your emails if there is not an email from club penguin wait 3 days then look again you should have a email telling to got to a link click the link then follow the easy steps it tells you to after you clicked link ~ Admin glad to help
